At Klein Hvac, we want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges, including for defective and non-defective items, under the conditions outlined below.
We want you to feel fully satisfied with every purchase from Klein Hvac. If something does not meet your expectations you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. This period allows you to check your item and make sure it suits your needs before making a final decision. After 14 days we are unable to accept returns or exchanges so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to initiate one.
To ensure a smooth and fair process all returned items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received. They should also be sent back in their original packaging to help us verify that the product has not been worn or altered. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for every return as it helps us confirm the details of your order. Please note that gift cards are not eligible for return. These conditions help us maintain the quality and reliability that every customer expects from Klein Hvac.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective in any way we are here to help. You may request a replacement or a refund depending on your preference. We take product quality seriously and every item is carefully checked before being shipped. However in rare cases an item may arrive with a defect or damage during transit. If this happens we want to make sure you receive a solution that restores your confidence in shopping with us.

We recommend including your order number the name used during purchase and a brief reason for the return or exchange in your message. This information helps us locate your order quickly and provide clear instructions on how to send the item back. Once we receive your request our team will respond with details about the return address and any steps needed to complete the process smoothly.
We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color of the same product, please email us at contact@kleinhvac.shop. For a different product, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.
You can apply for a refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item during this period and request a refund based on our return conditions. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the process in a smooth and timely way.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved. If approved your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. The exact time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as quickly as possible at contact@kleinhvac.shop. We will do our best to cancel before your order is processed. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
No restocking fees will be charged for returns or exchanges, whether the item is defective or non-defective.
All returns and exchanges must be sent via mail using a trackable shipping service. Physical returns at our store location will not be accepted. Customers should follow the instructions provided via email after initiating a return request at contact@kleinhvac.shop.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping if the return is requested due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind. In such cases, the customer must also arrange their own return shipping label.
If the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item, Klein Hvac will cover the return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be emailed to the customer, and no deductions will be applied.
