How can I track my order?

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat shipping fee of $5 USD for all orders within the United States.

Are taxes included in the final price?

Yes, all applicable taxes are already included in the final price displayed at checkout. You will not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Transit time via UPS or FedEx is usually 5–7 business days, so most deliveries are completed within 6–9 business days in total.

Can I make a purchase from a mobile device?

Yes! Our website is fully compatible with all mobile devices, offering the same seamless shopping experience as the desktop version.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

To exchange an item, please follow our Return Procedure. Once the original item is returned, you can place a new order in the size or color you prefer.

My shipping address is incorrect. What should I do?

Please ensure that you provide a complete and valid shipping address when placing your order. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

I would like to add items to my order. Is this possible?

You can add items to your order if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your original order. Any additional items can be added, and their payment will be processed along with the original order. If your original order has already shipped, additional items must be purchased separately, and these items will be shipped after the separate payment is completed.

When will the total be charged to my payment method?

Your payment will be charged as soon as you complete your order on the checkout page.

I can’t place an order?

I haven’t received my refund. Could you please let me know about this?

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used at checkout when the order was placed.

If 15 business days have passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via email so we can assist you further.
