All orders are processed between Monday and Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders cut off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-5, Eastern Standard Time). Handling time is typically 1โ2 business days.
Once processed, orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx with an estimated transit time of 5โ7 business days. This means most deliveries are completed within 6โ9 business days in total from the time the order is placed. A signature may be required upon delivery.
A flat shipping fee of $5 USD applies to all orders within the United States.
All duties and taxes are already included in our product prices. Customers will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
We ship to any verifiable address provided at checkout, including temporary addresses such as hotels, homestays, or short-term residences. However, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe for these addresses, nor can we recall packages once they are out for delivery. If a package is delivered to a temporary address after the customer has left that location, the customer will be responsible for any costs involved in retrieving the package. Lost or unretrievable packages delivered to a temporary address are not eligible for a refund. If you require an item by a specific date, we recommend contacting our customer service team before placing your order.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This link can be used to monitor the status of your shipment in real time. If tracking shows the package has arrived at a local agent or pickup point, it can be collected with the parcel ID/tracking number and valid identification.
If your package is held at a UPS or FedEx agent location, you will need to present valid identification along with the tracking or parcel number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that only the person listed on the shipping label may collect the package. Packages will remain available for 14 days before being returned to us. If a package is not collected within this period, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as the delay or failure to collect is due to the customerโs mistake.
While we aim to deliver within the estimated time frame, unforeseen delays may occur due to carrier schedules, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. These delays may extend the delivery time beyond our standard estimates.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order due to a change of mind, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests made within this period will be accommodated, and your order can be canceled or updated.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours from the time of placement, as most orders are processed immediately to ensure timely shipping.
If you need to update or modify your order details, including phone number, name, email, or shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests received within this timeframe will be accommodated. After 24 hours, it will no longer be possible to modify your order.
